Fever was the most found clinical form in the urinary tract infection in 50 % of the patients, with a predominance of infants. Low sepsis prevailed in children over 5. The most common findings in the laboratory analyses were leukocituria in 85 %, followed by microhematuria. Erythrosedimentation was accelerated in the upper infections and normal in the low infections. E. Coli was the most isolated germ in the urocultures, followed by Proteus rettgeri . Amikacin was the most used antimicrobial with good results.
