The results of the study conducted at the Nutrition Department of the Gynecoobstetric Hospital of Matanzas, in 1996, specifically among pregnant adolescents (up to 19 years old), who gave birth in that period are shown. A statistical book was prepared that allow to create a data base through which it was possible to obtain later by the MICROSTAT system the percentage, the arithmetic means, the X² and the test of proportions. It is demonstrated the incidence of our malnourished adolescents and their behavior in indicators of perinatal morbimortality and their correlation with variables of interest.
