The gynecomastia, associated with breast ptosis has a negative adverse effect on the human psychis, resulting as a consequence important psychological disorders. Multiple surgical techniques have been assayed for its treatment, searching for a way to solve this situation with the least possible antistetic scaring. In this paper, the surgical treatment performed on a patient in whom suction lipectomy of the fatty tissue and the elimination of the gynecomastia and of the excess of skin by a different method,is reported. As a result a less visible scar and the satisfaction of the patient were obtained.
