This article proposes a methodology for the creation of business clusters in the subsector of health care in Santiago de Cali. To do this, as an element, an instrument was developed to evaluate the components that boost business competitiveness in different territorial contexts. Once these results were obtained, the Multivariate Fuzzy C-Means (MFCM) algorithm was implemented, and through the degrees of membership of each one of the companies, in the different clusters the companies with which cooperative ties could be built were selected. This application, besides generating important academic results, allowed to characterize the position of SMEs in the health subsectors in Santiago de Cali and the main challenges that these must assume from the institutional and / or private sector. This ensures the profitability, sustainability and dynamics of collaborative synergies.
