This work aims to determine whether there really is a problem of access to food in Cuba, what its main manifestations and consequences are, and what can be done to ease tensions in this regard. It addresses the fundamental concepts related to Food and Nutritional Security (FNS), the availability and distribution channels of food in Cuba, the issue of access, which is the central component of this work, and finally, the reserves that currently exist to make this access more equitable.
