Resumen

The work tries to do a logical historic exploration about the background of the political system and electoral Cuban, born from the Revolution of January 1959, that way I eat of some of the politic forms and members of the parliament they get organized in as of the present moment. The analyses transit from the exposition of some of the original ideas and theories that they gave step to the public power's first forms of organization, suffering through the calls to the direct democracy and the experience of representative democracy that the so-called founding fathers of the United States, to the specific forms these events came to become manifest in at another countries promoted and, in particular, in Cuba, most of all, in ( 2023 ) congressmen' context of last election to the National Assembly House of the Popular Power.
