The Centro de Estudios para el Perfeccionamiento de la Educación Superior (CEPES) of the University of Havana and the Editorial UH have maintained a close relationship during their years of working together to make available to the specialized public in higher education scientifically significant texts with the best possible quality. As a result of this task, about thirty issues of the Revista Cubana de Educación Superior (RCES) and two books have been published. The purpose of this article is to show the link between these two institutions and the impact of their work.
