The purpose of this article is to describe a computational model to support the process of admission to Cuban higher education. It allows the creation of flexible computer systems that adapt to the ever-changing demands of this process. The model is based on the integration of the theoretical and operational dimensions; the first includes the description of the essential relationships, objective, principles and qualities that support it. The second consists of the domain, design and implementation core that, in correspondence with the components of the theoretical dimension, sustain the basis for the design and development of computer systems that support the entry process implementation. The validation of the computational model designed was carried out through the analysis of the criteria of specialists, both in the process of admission to Cuban higher education, and in the software development activity and allowed to corroborate its relevance, pertinence and coherence.
