In Cuba are  not much the nurses that directly are related to informatics kile user, come use these tools almost daily, but even so, aren’t identified such as. En our Public Health Ministry always it has existed the political will as for the development of this sphere with a integral and gradual application of the newest information and communication technologies, according related processes of National Health System. Nursing National Management, by its part, oulined its own work actions accounted for these projects, in training, preparation, and improvement of human gender, and also of working out of a strategy for conscious use of technologies in its teaching practice, as well as in management and direct assistance with patients. Aim of this paper was to show in a chronological way, all work carried out in a determined stage, and allows to propel development of informatics in Cuban nursing, providing aa favourable change nowadays identified by this staff as a great allied in all senses, and in anywhere of the world.
