Due to the low frequency of occurrence of leiomyosarcomas in the small bowell, and rather in the duodenum, a case of primitive tumor of this type is described in the region which had as presentation from a chronic diarrheic picture with palpable mass in the rigth iliac fossa and melena. Procedures are determined for the diagnosis and the current menagement for it, as well as the new trends of treatment.
