A therapeutic clinical essay , early phase II was carried out to determine the effectiveness of the acupuntural treatment depending on the traditional diagnosis in 90 patients with Sacrolumnalgia Syndrome. Three groups of 30 patients each were formed according to the three causes that describe the traditional medicine defficiency of kidney energy, pathogen retention of wind cold and humidity in canals and colaterals, and pooling of energy and blood in the lumbar region due to contusion. In the last two groups the acupunture hospital discharge in 90 and 96,7% of patiens, respectively was more efectively was more effective.
