The objetive of this study was to present a case of atypic osteomyelitis fot its cervical location (C6-C7) and for its origin, from a nick closed traumation with esophagic lesion. Diagnosis was established after three months of the initial lesion and corraborated by leukocytosis with a prevalence of neutrophils, increased erytrosedimentation and cervical radiography with signs of this pathology. Surgical treatment was performed with curettage and limpieza of lession, and suported by the use of antibiotics and hyperbaric oxygenation at initial cicles of 10 sessions on consecutive days, and 2 for 5 minutes of isopressure, repeated after four months. The early improvement and total recovering of the patient gave credit to this coadjuvant in such pathology.
