A restrospective was professional in 30 cases with a cancer of operated stomach among the years 1990-2000 at " Manuel Ascunce Domenench" , Amalia Simoni" and Madame Curie" Hospital in Camagüey city. It was possible to prove that this dissease in more cammon in the amsculine sex and the seventh decade of life. It was more frequently in stomachs subjected to gastrectomy, type Biltroth II in a variable free period and in patients aged 10 to 31 years. The diagnosis, unfortunately, is delayed and is based mainly on EED, endoscopy wiht biobsy, cytology on both histopathologically eptihelial tumors, are those of higher frequency.
