The imaging techniques represent a fundamental role in the management of these patients; the majority decide the urgent surgical intervention. The radiological researches of the abdomen, above all the barium studies are traditionally utilized to the final diagnosis of invagination; nevertheless, at present the differential diagnosis is easier using ultrasonography and computerized tomography. A case of intestinal invagination is presented in the adult diagnosed radiologically and by echography. The radiological and echographic findings are commented, which show that echography is an election technique in adult patients.
