Background: the systematic evaluation processes allow to reinforce the duty and commitment to develop a permanent upgrading, as well as the professional practice with quality in educational. Objective: to characterize the professors evaluation in teachers of the Raúl Sánchez Rodríguez Polyclinic. Methods: its was carried out a descriptive investigation, of traverse court, in the Raúl Sánchez Rodríguez Polyclinic of Pinar del Río city. The study sample was constituted by38professors evaluations in teachers of the institution corresponding to the period 2015-2016. They were also used theoretical and empiric methods, inside the first group analysis-synthesis, induction deduction and historical-logical was used, while in the second group the documental revision on professors evaluations. Results: the category educational Assistant prevailed with 57,9 %. Regarding the educational-educational work 94,7 % obtained evaluation of well, while in the political-ideological work it reached it 84,2 %. Related with the methodological work 39,5 % acquired qualification of well, the same as the investigation work and innovation with 52,6 %, besides the overcome and university extension with 44,7 % and 55,3 % respectively. In the general evaluation 65,8 % of the professors received results of well. Conclusions: the characterization of the professors evaluations in educational assets allowed to verify the prevalence of qualifications of well in the evaluative indicators, constituting an example of the educational quality.
