After this assessment was diagnosed with traumatic cataract complicated. Conclusions: the solution of this disease was surgical. Electively lens extraction was performed by phaco-aspiration and used a haptic zone of a rigid lens is polymethylmethacrylate is the substance of which is made the lens stiff as replacement of a ring capsular distension sutured in the sector time, offering good stability capsular bag with foldable IOL implant end.
