With the philosophical vision the author goes into the universe of the complexity. In a preliminary way he analyses the characteristics of the world at the beginning of the XXI century and he treats key concepts such as: discipline, multidiscipline and interdisciplines. The center of his attention relapses in the relationships with subjects and with the superior education. Of this last one the author highlights its role and possibilities to achieve the assimilation and production of transdisciplinary knowledge, which is in correspondence with the basic thesis of the article. This type of knowledge does not obtain in a spontaneous way as a result of the development of the science and the technology, otherwise it demands a conscious work and guided to such an effect. For that reason the author emits some recommendations that are structured starting from the current changes in the university education and of the tendencies of its development
