The research deals about Environmental Education for Sustainable Development in the teaching-learning process of Integrated English Practice. The weaknesses and strengths were identified through the application of different empirical methods: observation, survey, interview, etc., which confirmed the lack of actions aimed at the students ́ Environmental Education. To transform the existing reality, a system of communication activities was proposed, through the use of texts and audiovisual materials related to environmental issues. The proposal was put into practice getting positive results on the cognitive and attitudinal components.
