The article addresses the lack of preparation of Peruvian teachers to take on technological tools, as a complement to fulfill teacher management, the context of COVID-19. The object of study was the digital educational proposal called I learn at home, implemented by the Ministry of Education of Peru, in the 2020-2021 school year. The research is documentary, through the method of content analysis. It was concluded that teachers have expressed the need to prepare themselves in the technological tools used in distance education, which allows them to correctly develop the teaching-learning process.
