The objective of the present article is to systematize the theoretic elements once the virtuality in the educational activities that realize was related to the students in the inclusive educational system of the Peru in the school year, 2020-2021. Investigation is documentary, intervening the method of the analysis of contents, that is; the investigation of bibliographic truthful sources in recognized bases. It was concluded that the inclusive education is competition of all the Peruvian society, moment becomes of generating in the governmental policies, regional authorities, teachers and students, granted that it is an organic law.
