The access of Latin American women to education is limited by the unsustainability of life generated by socioeconomic factors and patriarchal practices such as: increased poverty, limitations of the labor market, care work overload and gender violence; infringing a human and universal right for all: Education. The present research reveals the challenges that have yet to be addressed in the region in order to achieve inclusive education. The aforementioned is supported by data compilation, mainly, quantitative data taken from different primary and secondary information sources, such as: ECLAC, UNESCO, UN, ILO.
