The systematization carried out on the theoretical bases of innovation and scientific research in training a comprehensive professional demonstrated that innovation and research of university professionals constitute a series of current and necessary pedagogical knowledge for the direction of the research work to provide practical actions. In this paper were applied methods like analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, survey, interview, and scientific observation. The novelty of the result is certified in the approach to the current demands in the comprehensive training of professionals to achieve a higher level of suitability in their research performance.
