This paper presents some didactic guidelines about the formation process of a qualified worker in carpentry. The educational and professional process where the qualified worker in carpentry gets is preparation is characterized. This formative process is based on a developing didactics, as well as the recent studies and researches carried out by specialists of the Technical and Professional Education.
