In the article a thematic essential is approached in the Technical and Professional Education: the evaluation of the impact of the training of directives and reserves. Specifically he goes managed to the evaluation of the results of the training program of department bosses' and their reservations in the municipality Minas of Matahambre. The objective proposed in the work is managed to determine the impact of the training of the those referred fellows that he took place during the school course 2015-2016. They were employees theoretical and empiric methods of quantitative and qualitative type. The investigation had explanatory character and it assumed an integral or dialectical focus.  The results reached with the evaluation of the initial impact of the training program show a high efficiency, these they evidenced the preparation reached by the students as well as their levels of satisfaction for the received training that puts them under conditions of causing transformations in the pedagogic process and in the educational institutions.
