The initial training of primary teacher for the educative attention at the diversity of students in the context of educative inclusion constitutes a necessity to achieve a professional with ways of acting coherent with the social demands. This paper aims to present the results of the study carried out on the current state of the initial training of primary teacher to the educative attention for deaf students with cochlear implant, of the primary teacher in the Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education, University of Pinar del Rio. We used methods such as historical and logical analysis, contents analysis, observation to classes, inquiry to primary schoolteacher and training, interview teachers and teacher pedagogic proof training, which allowed us to verify the current state of the process of formation in the initial training of the primary teacher. The search for information on the subject showed that it has been little approached the initial training of primary teacher to the educative attention for deaf students with cochlear implant, in correspondence with the pedagogic professional problem. In the development of the programs of the discipline of General Pedagogy Formation and the course Element of Especial Pedagogy, it has not been possible for the teachers in formation to appropriate knowledge's, skills, values and attitudes to offer the educative attention for deaf students with cochlear implant.
