The following article has as a main objective how to characterize the agrarian system related to the group of human settlements in Aguada de Pasajeros municipality, and above all, how dialectic and reciprocate relation is established between the dynamic of the population, availability of working force habitat, social services and agrarian development in a sustainable way. So, the agrarian study in this Cuban municipality is present as a topic which is included in social topics, whit a holistic and synoptic vision allows not only enhance the methodological part as a fundamental part in the sustainable development in agriculture, but it also gives otters and possible actions to take into account in order to obtain a high and efficient development in this municipally which is basically agrarian.
