To meet the demands of the 21st century in the processes of change that educational contexts need to face in any country, a citizen, creative and participative formation of the new generation is required, in this way, strategically project the direction of the pedagogical process in favor of the organization of the school climate in educational institutions of secondary school, is transcendent. When it is not properly structured towards this intention, it becomes one of the main causes that put educational quality at risk. The direction of the pedagogical process presupposes a knowledge of the subjects, of the objectives and of the context on the part of the teachers, who conceive the different educational strategies with the intention of changing, innovating and transforming the initial state diagnosed in their group, which demonstrates his total support in Pedagogy. The article aims to reflect on the relevance of the articulation of the institution, family and community in the pedagogical process of the secondary school, which becomes the results of this analysis from the theoretical assumptions that it contains.
