Women play an important role in boosting the productivity of any work area, it is a key and strategic element for it, and therefore it is important to train it, improve their living conditions and allow it to empower them productive spaces. However, the problem that women of productive age face in the City of Guayaquil, even with inclusion programs developed such as BuenVivir; it lies in how complicated it is to insert them into the workplace; in which the sex of the person performing the activity is taken into account, but not their development, growth and abilities. For this reason, through documentary, field, descriptive and feasible project research, based on a qualitative-quantitative modality, it seeks to obtain information and data from the productive sectors in which women as such can develop and thus contribute and potentially promote. These data will help determine the weakness that the labor market has when it includes women.
