The development achieved by science and technology in recent years has a direct impact on contemporary society, on educational systems and particularly on Basic Secondary Education. Hence, in this article the insufficiencies in the labor training of the students of said teaching are addressed, which limit their integral formation. Its objective is to propose a methodology such as social technology, to develop job training from socio-productive projects, from integrating the educational potential of the content they learn in the diversity of socio-educational contexts school-family-community and ponder the importance of science-technology-society relationship. For its elaboration, theoretical, empirical and statistical mathematical methods were used. This proposal stands out for the possibilities of generalization to other Basic Secondary Schools in the country, in a flexible and contextualized way to the psycho-pedagogical characteristics of the students and the socio-educational context.
