In the present work, product of the research carried out for the doctoral thesis, some considerations offered by different authors related to the pedagogical diagnosis and its importance in the integral formation of the student at the undergraduate level for the training of teachers of Tele-secondary education in the Normal School of Tierra Caliente in the state of Guerrero, Mexico, partly due to an insufficient realization of this. For the work in relation to the diagnosis, the contributions of Vigotski (1988) and Zilberstein (2016) are assumed, for the integral formation, Zarzar (2003) and referred to the personological. Methods and techniques of empirical theoretical level and mathematical statistics were used, which allowed reflecting on some considerations about the diagnosis and its importance for the integral formation of the student, offered by different authors, which constitute the essential theoretical-methodological bases to improve the diagnosis according to the integral formation that is intended to be achieved in the students of normal schools.
