The article come from the epistemological revision of the continuous formation of Salvadorian teachers defending the model focused on attention since the integral vision that capacitate them to satisfy the exigences of the quality of the education and contribute to the development of the teacher since the human and labor perspective. In this sense profit the possibilities of the historic-descriptive method and the logical-deductive to identify the theoretical referents that fundaments the models of continuous formation applied to the Salvadorian magistery up to now. Recognize the enforces done in the continuous formation of Salvadorian docents since the reforms from 1940 to 2020. Identifies lacks in the initial and continuous formation on the context and synthetizes those that reveal the need of the elaboration of a systematic proposal of continuous formation that allows to respond integrally to the formative needs of the Salvadorian magistery.
