This article socializes a system of actions, with a systemic and differentiated character, to direct the process of teachers' professional improvement, which makes possible the development of the self-education skill during their pedagogical performance, as a result of a qualitative research, oriented from the dialectical-materialistic perspective that takes advantage of the potentialities of theoretical methods: systematization and systemic-structural. It recognizes the bases of the approaches: Historical-Cultural, System and Contingency to base and structure the proposal, according to the particularities of the process of development of the self-education skill from the pedagogical performance of the educators in the Higher-Level Teaching Institutions (IDNS), to which they belong, through the theoretical-methodological preparation they receive. In addition, it contributes to the improvement of the management process in the educators' improvement work sphere, given its direct incidence in the integral formation of students in the IDNS and Higher Education Centers (CES) of the country, from the educational work they carry out in terms of the development of skills and values.
