VALENCIA BONILLA, María Beatriz; ALBA CABANAS, Marisleidy  y  HERRERA LEMUS, Katy C.. Knowledge Management and Its Relationship with Innovation and the Continuous Improvement of Management Models. Cofin [online]. 2016, vol.10, n.1, pp. 101-112. ISSN 2073-6061.

The intangible assets are currently essential for the development of the organizations. Those, whenadequately used, allow a continuous improvement of organizations´ processes, thus achieving successful results in business, and larger competitive advantages. In management´s present context, the need to conceive proposals that make possible to grasp the organizations´ existing knowledge, to transfer it and use it in the products to be manufactured, is evident. Consequently, it is of the outmost importance that the present research work studies the link of the knowledge management process with innovation and continuous improvement categories as necessary elements in the design of a management model.

Palabras clave : Intangible assets; knowledge; management; continuous improvement processes.
