Objective:

This article aims at devising experiential workshops to contribute to sexual education in pre-service teacher education.

Methods:

The authoress rely on theoretical methods such as historical-logical, analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, and modeling to study reference sources, and constructing a conceptual framework. Likewise, indirect observation, surveys, group interview, and documentary review were used, the collected data is expressed by percentage calculation.

Results:

The fundamental contribution is a system of experiential workshops to contribute to sexual education of university students, particularly in establishing couple relationship, a key element in their life projects, professional training, and their future responsibility in guiding their pupils.

Conclusion:

The diagnosis outcomes show the prevailing difficulties in healthy couples' relationships establishment. The theoretical-methodological assumptions were based on Vygotsky's cultural-historical approach, the pedagogical and psychological foundations and the analysis of the university models. The findings contribute to solving such difficulties, through the development of experiential workshops that favored the establishment of healthy couple relationship based on knowledge enlargement, living as a couple and promoting positive attitudes.
