The attitude of societies and individuals towards changes has to do with education and its impact on the view point of people that should be oriented towards a new humanistic vision that promote values such as cooperation, mutual understanding, tolerance, international and intercultural understanding, pacific solution to conflicts and democratic organization in the search of justice and equality of opportunities for all. Educational systems should evolve rapid and permanently so that societies can find answers to the present challenges throughout the training of a better human being. Education is a key element, therefore, to appropriate the technological tools that facilitate the successful insertion in present society, as well as the spiritual development of each individual as a social being with a humanistic vision are tasks that cannot be delayed. Based on the ethic-pedagogic ideas of this Cuban educator, the paper deals with how teachers’ trainers should be prepared to educate the new generation in order to solve the challenges imposed by the new millennium.
