Higher education has great responsibility before the society, because it demands knowledge that allows students and graduated to generate creative solutions to the problems to arisen problems. The universities become then in supplying of qualified intellectual manpower for the development of the country. The Ecuadorian universities face a challenge at the present time, to elevate the quality of the education to form venturesome professionals, highly competitive with an ethical and solidary conscience, with social and environmental responsibility, able to solve the problems of the environment and to contribute to the economic and social development of the community, the region and the country. The use of innovative ways that favor this formation is the topic of the present document, where it is shown the creators of companies like one of the alternatives to improve professors and students new ideas.
