He degree work has recently become a form of study culmination in the career of Marketing and Advertising of the Faculty of Philosophy, Literature and Education Sciences. The fact of being a new way of doing research on the part of the students have presented certain difficulties that have not yet materialized for their subsequent solution. The work presented is the beginning of a series of efforts to ensure that the curricular unit of the degree program achieves the objectives for which it is intended, to improve the student's training process and to provide it with feasible tools for its subsequent implementation in the teaching where the student will work. This identifies the main problems that exist in the Degree Unit in relation to the student's situation, which allows providing guidelines that should improve the student's education.
