The objective of this work was the implementation of a training program through courses of Office Automation to the ex - students of the MED-UNL, in which descriptive research was used with a field design. As data collection techniques were used the interview and the survey, the instruments were semi-structured interviews and questionnaires. The sample was composed of 30 graduates and 10 employers. The main findings can be summarized in the verification of the quality of the students of the MED-UNL, and in their interest to carry out updating and professional development activities. As a social linking activity of this institution, a training program was proposed through courses in Office automation, using the workshop method and contents in innovative computer tools, which improve the capacities in information processing and thus affecting the productivity of companies.
