The study analyzes the non-re-victimization of victims of sexual violence, the state obligations and institutions involved in the protection of victims of sexual violence, based on the judgments issued by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador and its Comprehensive Criminal Organic Code. In this framework, the constitutional rule that proscribes re-victimization constitutes the cornerstone on which a series of human rights related to the protection of women against the various forms of violence to which they have traditionally been subjected, within of a State model where the rules and constitutional values ​​have direct applicability and irradiation effect on all manifestations of public power.
