OVIEDO, Byron; ZHUMA MERA, Emilio y SAMANIEGO MENA, Eduardo. Comparison of the performance of operating systems open source and natives clients, based on the hypervisor's qubes os. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2019, vol.11, n.2, pp. 173-177. Epub 02-Jun-2019. ISSN 2218-3620.
The present work applies the analysis, comparison of three different native operating systems and open source, making use of the various virtualization tools such as assessment of systems with the support of the documentation that offer such tools. To select the operating systems were considered aspects such as security, capacity, performance, functions and features that are adapted to the needs. According to some organizations many times, the operating systems used to perform certain tasks that do not meet the requirements or needs that demand such activity, for this reason, this research through the comparison of three operating systems, in order to determine the most appropriate system or what is the best that adapts to the activities we want to run. With virtualization tools containers we were planning to virtualize these systems and with the assessment tool of operating systems, it performs the test required for checking system behavior under different activities that can be done within an institution. The results of the assessments made to operating systems were significant for comparison.
