The society evolutions and on it there are produced each time more important changes. On consequence the Superior Education should be with them and continually perfect its studies plans in order to contribute to the development of the society, lending qualified professionals capable of transforming with efficient solutions the problematic that are presented on the organizations in which they play. The Cuban Superior Education is immersed in this continuo improvement and the Studies Plans E are the expression of its materialization. On the base documents for the design of them it is insisted in the need of taking into account fundamental premises, such us the process of continue formation of the Cuban professionals with the continue increased of the quality in the formation process, and it is necessary to assume the challenges of the continue education starting from 3 phases: the formation of the pre grade in carriers of wide profile, preparation for their job and the formation of the post grade. The work recreates everything presented starting from the conceptualization of the continua education, the view to good international practices in that sense and the determination of the detected deficiencies in the two years of implementation in the University of Matanzas as well as the possible solutions to apply for the continuous improvement.
