The article analyzes the reasons that have forced Ecuadorians to migrate, having as main reasons the economic crises that the country has gone through for several decades, the lack of employment, the dream of achieving a better standard of living and the high rate of of corruption that has been presented for several generations. This is due to different causes such as the misuse of existing resources, administrative incapacity and lack of commitment on the part of the government. Changing the vision of the community, requires work and daily effort; Therefore, if atavisms are broken and the country becomes a hegemonic and pluricultural people, pondering knowledge as the main axis in the globalized community, this will provide the opportunity for sustained and progressive growth in society.
