In cerro de hayas there is a community called “23 november” who has 7 cascades and a privileged place, but the low marketing estrategies could´nt achieved to be a principal tourism destination in Guayas province, using investigations techniques like focal group and surveys given a result that they need a design of tourist product who valid the tourist resourses and atractives using a e-marketing platform who applied in the place. Will increase the tourist demand.
