One of the problems that universities in the world have been facing is how to achieve inclusive education. In Ecuador, in the heat of public and social policies, important steps have been taken in terms of access, congratulations and support systems to guarantee opportunities for each one to achieve their life projects. By assuming government guidelines and regulations, each university specifies the actions in correspondence with the possibilities and the context. The study was carried out within the framework of the investigation, developed in the Facultad de Filosofía, letras y Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad de Guayaquil assumes the objective of identifying the claims and proposals for inclusive education in Ecuadorian universities. The analysis, reflection and systematization about the experiences that are socialized in scientific publications, confirms that, to achieve inclusive education, the university becomes a niche of possibilities; But there's still a lot to do.
