The contemporary society requires the formation of the professionals in a continuous way with the purpose that they solve the problems of the professional acting with relevancy and responsibility, it demands it systematic efforts that facilitate they are integrated to its context to contribute to the solution of the current economic, social, environmental and educational problems. The study of the complexities of the scientific formation for a pertinent educational practice is guided to develar the importance of forming knowledge, abilities and values that contribute to the investigative performance ways in the educational ones for the solution of problems of the profession with the use of investigation methods. The use of the method of solution of problems, contributes to the protagonism of educational and students in the orientation of the process of teaching learning at the present time, and it facilitates the active learning by means of, the dialogue and the exchange between professors and students premises for potenciar the contemporary formation. The objective of the present work is to identify alternative to continue of the educational practice and the necessity of transforming it in a permanent way by means of the investigation to guide the continuous formation in that address and to contribute to the changes in the educational acting as performance way for the formation of the professionals that demands the society, this experience he/she has its practical application in the logic of the continuous formation, in the university professors in any context.
