PAREDES OROZCO, Manuel Patricio; BRAVO CALLE, Orlando Efraín; CARRASCO POMA, José Luis  y  GOMEZ VILLALVA, Juan Carlos. University group interaction in the production of hydroponic green barley fodder. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2023, vol.15, n.2, pp. 225-233.  Epub 30-Abr-2023. ISSN 2218-3620.

At present, there is a latent interest in the study of university practices and interaction in the academic context as a primordial element in communication situations in the university teaching-learning process. A multipurpose study was developed aimed at evaluating the effect of different levels of natural biostimulant on the production of hydroponic green barley fodder at harvest time of 9 and 15 days after germination and, in this specific context, to assess the group interaction of students in the neutral expression of their agreement or disagreement about the opinions expressed by other classmates. The research was carried out at Granja la Estancia, located in the parish of Ilapo-Guano-Chimborazo-Ecuador. The data were analyzed with a completely randomized design with 7 replications to detect differences between means using Tukey's multiple range test. The best treatment was the third with a mean height of 6.37 cm at 9 days and similar to the second, and different from the first (p<0.05), subsequently there were no significant differences for the mean heights of the three treatments. In the analysis of the discourse of the students and professors during group interaction, the aids directed to the orientation, reorientation, realization and control of the teaching and research activity are identified. It is considered convenient the design of a teaching-learning process that helps to enhance the work of self-determination, self-knowledge and self-learning of the students.
