The theme that you examine the relations between the Universities with Government, the Companies and the Society, he ises a current issue, and University - Sociedad, from the conception of the municipality and the step of the knowledge in the local development, like foundations in the perspectives of the diagnosis of needs, than sign the experience of the University Municipal Centers of Palmira and Abreus, as from the theoretic analysis of contentses that integrate the historic evolution of the aforementioned link and of the municipality - Gobierno Empresa is constituted like axle in this work, whose objective is the realization of a theoretic analysis of the evolution of the link -In the local development, the step of knowledge and the diagnosis of needs. The results point that the theoretic analysis of the theme favored the recognition of its historic evolution and the feedback of the conceptions of the moment, that way, what's opportune one belonging to the link of the University Municipal Centers with the Companies and the Governments in benefit of the Society, demonstrating stand security than the step of knowledge, a potential riches are, next, the realization of diagnosises and the identification of needs of knowledge, it gets constituted like a tool that involves reverting the manifest reality in the aforementioned links, favoring the local development.
