TORRES-FERRER, Yaima; RIVERA-SOTO, Margarita; ORTEGA-DIAZ, Yadenis  y  CARDONA-PARLADE, Ana Isabel. Influence of a low frequency electromagnetic field in the microbial flora of a mango nectar. Part II. RTQ [online]. 2018, vol.38, n.1, pp. 111-122. ISSN 2224-6185.

In the present study we evaluate, design and execute experiments with a single factor in which the influence of a low frequency electromagnetic field on the microbial flora of a mango nectar at various times of exposure in a homogenous and completely randomized unit, On the microbial load of a mango nectar, then compared with its control sample; With the aim of studying their behavior after each treatment. For this purpose the STATGRAPHICS Centurion XV professional program was used in statistics. As a magnetic conditioning device, the BioNaK-03 is used, which is characterized by approximate mean magnetic induction values of (9mT). It is established that the application of electromagnetic treatment similarly maintains the physical-chemical and sensory parameters, causes an inhibition in the microbial flora present in the nectar of mango object of study and that the time of exposure plays a fundamental role

Palabras clave : microbial flora; magnetic field; mango nectar.
