Exponential growth without a homogeneous structuring of information leaves large negative balances in the context of research and innovation. A scenario that is even more complex in scientific domains related to food production because they require objective, novel, reliable and verifiable results. Starting from this threshold, and from this informative need, the present research aims to show an information system that manages different scientific and technological publications from national and international sources for the search, analysis and visualization of scientific results corresponding to the domain of science. food production. In its development, different theoretical and empirical methods were used together with different technologies and analysis methodologies. As a result, a system was obtained that manages knowledge that supports the correct decision making from the representation of the information that it compiles and analyzes. The implementation of this system will allow the improvement of many processes that need different types of scientific information to document their decisions, as well as to provide feedback on their actions, endorsing impacts on the economic, social and natural environment.
