According to specialists, the talented persons are the most valuable resources in society because they are the future artists, authors, politicians, scientists. Therefore, it is necessary to adequately assist them from the pedagogical point of view in order to prevent the loss of enormous potential. Regarding this topic, an ambiguous and controversial social position is presented. On one hand, there is consciousness of the fact that society needs capable men to achieve the scientific development, but at the same time, there is resistance to the idea of educating those who can make these contributions. These ambivalent positions, of acceptance and rejection are still felt and practiced by people in society. For this reason, it is necessary to study about this topic and determine the scientific criteria for the identification and use of these resources by teachers in order to distinguish these students from early ages, in the same way that the less intelligent and handicapped ones are given attention. The purpose of this article is identifying and selecting resources that allow to train qualify and develop talented students in an accelerated way.
